Pro-Active Communications does not claim to have invented training. What we do claim though, is to have invented training that is not run-of-the-mill – facilitation that is interactive and more fun.
We use role-plays, games, plus the activation of all senses to get the message across. At times we make use of a masseuse, to help delegates relax and enjoy the workshops more. And our power point presentations are movie snippets – our theory being that delegates absorb a message easier by association with a popular movie.
We pride ourselves that delegates walk away refreshed and inspired. Not one workshop will ever be the same, as we believe in reinventing ourselves and to applying new material at all times. Training is about interaction, relaxing, discovering your own strengths and capabilities, and to be empowered.

Our marketing is mostly word-of-mouth; we have come a long way in establishing trust and confidence in what we can do. We have the luxury of turning away clients if we feel that we won’t be able to produce a win-win situation; we would rather then refer these clients to an associate. Our brand is about quality, consistency and passion. |
